The long Christmas break is coming to an end. I only worked a single day last week, and then spent the rest of the time home with family. In fact, I've barely left the house since the 24th. I've spent most of my time playing with the kids, occasionally playing games on the xbox and reading. It's been a nice change of pace.

We had 28 people at our place for Christmas day, basically my whole family (both parents, all 3 siblings, sibling-in-laws, nieces and nephews, friends, and one Grandmother). It was kind of crazy, but everything worked out well, and I was able to spend most of the evening playing Halo. We had 8 players going on 2 TVs in 2 rooms, playing 4-on-4 capture the flag.

So, tomorrow morning, I'm back to work. I guess it's kind of sad--the kids are going to miss me at home. Especially Sophie, she's so "daddy's girl" it hurts. She's going to make her mom suffer tomorrow :-).
